Are you open to full-time roles?

Yes. I'm open to Senior Service Design and UX Design roles, full-time or contract, in Canada or remote.

Do you take on freelance or contract projects?

Yes. I take on freelance and contract work, from a focused UX audit to an end-to-end service redesign.

What can you help with?

Service design, UX and UI design, website design and redesign, mobile app design, design systems, user research, usability testing and accessibility audits. I also build websites and software, set up AI and automation, and offer website maintenance, IT support and consultancy.

Which sectors do you know?

Government-funded care, digital government, healthcare, enterprise operations platforms, fintech, energy and SaaS.

Do you work with international teams?

Yes. I'm based in Calgary and work with teams globally. My experience includes government technology (GovTech) and government-funded services, with clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Do you design for accessibility?

Yes. I design to WCAG 2.2 AA from the start, not as a final check.

What happens after I get in touch?
